We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Release Manager to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality releases while fostering collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active secret level clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT release management or similar role
• Agile/SAFe expertise (certifications like SAFe RTE highly valued)
• Program management fundamentals
• Facilitation and coaching techniques
• Conflict resolution abilities
• Metrics and reporting proficiency
• Agile tool proficiency (ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps)
