Senior IT Release Manager

The Senior IT Release Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality releases while fostering collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders that support USSOUTHCOM products and applications.

Requirements

• Must hold an active secret level clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT release management or similar role
• Agile/SAFe expertise (certifications like SAFe RTE highly valued)
• Program management fundamentals
• Facilitation and coaching techniques
• Conflict resolution abilities
• Metrics and reporting proficiency
• Agile tool proficiency (ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps)
