Senior ITAM Analyst (IT Asset Management)

Join Scotiabank's Global Technology Services (GTS), IT Asset Management (ITAM) team as a Senior ITAM Analyst. The role involves managing technology assets, optimizing value and cost, and mitigating risks. You will contribute to the overall success of the Software Asset Management (SAM) team and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional working experience with the ServiceNow product, particularly as an advanced user of ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAMPRO)
• 5+ years of professional working experience with Software Asset Management at or for large organization(s) numbering 10,000+ employees
• 3+ years of professional working experience on managing software licensing agreements and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, infrastructure software, and ServiceNow Discovery Tools & the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field
• IAITAM Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) is an asset
