Senior ITOM Developer

We are seeking a Senior ITOM Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with ServiceNow ITOM platform and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining CMDB and ITOM integrations. The role requires advanced knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and data models, as well as scripting experience in JavaScript or equivalent.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB architecture & Data Models
• Experience (5+ years) of working with Event Management, Discovery and CMDB
• Understanding of core ITIL processes
• Scripting experience in JavaScript or equivalent
• Experience with interfacing and integration technologies such as REST or SOAP
• Experience (5 years) developing service models
• Experience working closely with SME’s, project managers, and process owners to capture business requirements
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Must have knowledge of how to develop, design, configure and rollout of new application modules, workflows, catalog requests, scripts, user interface and other ServiceNow platform components such as business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, catalog items etc.
