Brainsquare India is seeking a Senior Java/Oracle Support Engineer to lead enterprise application-support and drive technical improvements. The role involves coordinating day-to-day 2nd-line support, mentoring a team, and driving automation and monitoring improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Java/Oracle application support
- Proven depth in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL tuning, Java support & troubleshooting
- Experience leading or mentoring support staff and handling escalations
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, monitoring)
