This Senior-KDNI Consultant role involves full-time implementation of ServiceNow applications for clients, acting as a track lead and delivering solutions based on Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation, strong communication skills, and a track record of successful project management. The consultant will also be responsible for designing technical solutions and contributing to innovative processes.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation & coaching other team members
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
Requirements Summary
Prior ServiceNow Implementation experience is crucial. Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge required. Agile methodologies and ITIL framework experience also a plus
