This role is for a ServiceNow Consultant focusing on implementation projects. The candidate should have prior experience with ServiceNow Implementation and be knowledgeable about ITSM tools (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM), along with strong communication and leadership skills. They will work as a track lead, assisting with incident management and integration activities, and working with agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Knowledge of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Expertise in ITIL Framework
- Experience with agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow in scrum-based approach
- Ability to work under pressure and handle time constraints
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Ability to set goals and foster team development
- Knowledge of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
