This role is for a ServiceNow Consultant focusing on implementation projects. The candidate should have prior experience with ServiceNow Implementation and be knowledgeable about ITSM tools (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM), along with strong communication and leadership skills. They will work as a track lead, assisting with incident management and integration activities, and working with agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
  • Knowledge of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
  • Awareness of best development practices during implementation
  • Strong track record managing complex ITSM tool deployment
  • Expertise in ITIL Framework
  • Experience with agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow in scrum-based approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle time constraints
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Ability to set goals and foster team development
  • Knowledge of integration frameworks in ServiceNow

Requirements Summary

Prior ServiceNow Implementation experience is required. ServiceNow application knowledge and ITIL framework understanding are essential. Experience with Agile methodologies is a must
