The company is seeking a Senior-KDNI to join a ServiceNow implementation team. The role involves leading implementation projects, designing technical solutions, and acting as a Solution Architect/Senior developer, working in an agile methodology. Candidates should have a strong track record of managing complex implementations and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements or managed services)
- Knowledge and experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle limited timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
- Strategic initiative participation and team leadership
- Knowledge of integration frameworks and ServiceNow
