This full-time ServiceNow Consultant role focuses on implementing ServiceNow platform projects, particularly ITSM and GRC applications, within a high-performing implementation team. The role involves leading implementation tasks, driving scrum principles, and ensuring customer service and teamwork alignment. Candidates should be strong communicators and problem-solving individuals.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow implementation experience (not enhancements/managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record managing complex ITSM deployments
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Agile methodology experience (2-week sprint-based implementation)
- Ability to work under pressure, manage timelines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
