This is a full-time ServiceNow Consultant position requiring prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only. The ideal candidate will be strong in managing complex ServiceNow deployment, be agile, and have excellent communication skills. They will collaborate with team members to deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Implementation experience (not Managed Services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Agile methodology knowledge
Requirements Summary
