This Senior-KDNI role focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects, building on ServiceNow Platform experience. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agile environment. The consultant will contribute to all phases of the ServiceNow implementation process, including design, development, and training.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements/managed services).
- Knowledge of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM).
- Experience with ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Agile methodology experience (2 weeks sprints).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements Summary
ServiceNow implementation experience is a must. ServiceNow Platform knowledge and Agile methodology experience are required
