The company is seeking a Senior-KDNI to join their ServiceNow implementation team. This role involves designing technical solutions, implementing ServiceNow applications, and working within an agile methodology. The ideal candidate will be a strong and independent contributor, focused on customer service and team development.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Implementation Project experience (not enhancement/managed services).
- Knowledge of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM).
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment.
- Experience working under pressure and handling time constraints.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives.
Requirements Summary
Prior ServiceNow Implementation projects are needed. Strong ServiceNow application knowledge and experience in managing complex deployments
