This Senior-KDNI role focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects, requiring candidates with prior experience only in ServiceNow Implementation. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced independent contributor, managing both implementation and integration tasks, and capable of leading teams using Scrum and agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives
- Knowledge of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
- Experience with agile methodology
