This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role involves leading ServiceNow implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong ServiceNow application knowledge, experience with ITIL Framework, and experience working in agile methodologies. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, automating processes, and fostering team development.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements/managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
