A Senior ServiceNow Consultant is joining a high-performing implementation team, focused solely on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. The role involves designing technical solutions, leading sprints, and helping the IT department. The candidate should be an independent contributor, capable of working under pressure and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Implementation experience only (not enhancements, managed services)
- Knowledge of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Experience with ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Strong track record of managing ITSM tool deployment
- Experience working in agile methodology for ServiceNow implementation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
