This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role focuses on implementing ServiceNow applications and transforming IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a strong background in ITSM, experience with leading teams, and a proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow solutions. They will work closely with clients, leveraging agile methodologies and promoting team development.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation (not enhancements/managed services)
- Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployments
- Exposure to ITIL Framework
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced timelines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
