This Senior-KDNI role involves delivering ServiceNow implementations for clients. The successful candidate will possess strong ServiceNow application expertise, experience managing complex deployments, and a track record of influencing stakeholders. Ideal candidates will work within an agile methodology, contribute to a high-performing team, and focus on innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Ability to manage complex ITSM deployment involving multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
Requirements Summary
