This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role involves implementing ServiceNow applications in projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in ITSM deployment, lead small teams, and be comfortable with agile methodologies. They'll be responsible for designing technical solutions, automating processes, and fostering high-performance teams.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform.
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation.
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment.
Requirements Summary
Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM. Agile methodology familiarity
