This Senior-KDNI position requires an individual with prior ServiceNow implementation experience (not enhancements or managed services). The role focuses on implementing ServiceNow applications in a fast-paced, agile-based environment. Candidates will be responsible for designing technical solutions, working with teams, and contributing to innovative process automation.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Knowledge & experience of ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Experience with agile methodology in Scrum-based approach
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
