A Senior-KDNI will join a ServiceNow implementation team responsible for ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. The role involves designing technical solutions, acting as a Solution Architect/Developer, and driving efficient systems automation. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are required.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Knowledge & experience of ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Strong track record managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Experience in Agile methodology for ServiceNow implementation in a scrum-based approach
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives
- Knowledge of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
- Understanding of problem-solving and solutions development
Requirements Summary
Prior ServiceNow implementation experience is key. Strong scrum/Agile skills are necessary, along with excellent communication and analytical abilities
