This Senior-KDNI role focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects, requiring a candidate with prior hands-on experience. They will design and implement ServiceNow applications, mentor a team, and manage integration frameworks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirements

• Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
• Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
• Awareness of best development practices during implementation
• Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
• Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
• Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Collaboration and analytical abilities
• Strategic initiative participation
• Knowledge of integration frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills
