Senior-KDNI

This Senior-KDNI role involves working on ServiceNow implementation projects, with experience only in ServiceNow Implementation (not management or enhancements). The role requires strong skills in ITIL Framework, agile methodologies, and managing multiple stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable with agile sprint and scrum-based implementations.

Requirements

• Prior ServiceNow Implementation experience only (not enhancement or managed services)
• Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
• Awareness of best development practices during implementation
• Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders
• Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
