Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements or managed services)
- Knowledge and experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation and coaching team members.
- Strong track record managing complex ITSM tool deployment with multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools.
