This position is for a Senior-KDNI at a ServiceNow implementation team. The role involves leading and driving the successful implementation of ServiceNow applications, with a focus on technical design, integration, and client engagement. Candidates should possess strong ServiceNow skills and experience in ITIL, scrum, and agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements or managed services)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow applications: ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Experience with agile methodology for Scrum-based implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking and initiative-taking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Analytical and presentation skills
