This is a full-time position for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant focusing on ServiceNow implementation projects. The role involves leading implementation efforts, collaborating with stakeholders, designing technical solutions, and fostering development. Candidates should have strong experience in ServiceNow platform and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements or managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle timelines
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
