This Senior-KDNI position involves working on ServiceNow implementation projects for clients, specifically focused on ITSM and GRC tools. The role requires a strong track record of ITSM deployment, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. The candidate will also be expected to work under pressure and within an agile methodology.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Implementation project experience.
- Knowledge and experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM).
- Experience with ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
