Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development concepts
- Experience diagnosing and resolving issues in ServiceNow environments
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and web technologies
- Expertise in JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow’s scoped applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to mentor new administrators
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (USPS)
