Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead User Experience Engineer to design and build intuitive user interfaces and onboarding experiences within ServiceNow. This hybrid role combines UI/UX development, ServiceNow platform engineering, and guiding developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on user experience, digital communication, and collaborative work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Deep expertise in UI Builder, Service Portal, Jelly, and UI Pages
- Experience designing interactive onboarding experiences (e.g., Guided Tours)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow's scoped applications
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Understanding of accessibility standards
- Experience with video capture tools
