Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Service Delivery or Managed Services
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service management frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Ability to work autonomously in an environment that is not strictly driven by processes
- Strong focus on account development, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and added value
