We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – HR System Integrations to lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations within our HR systems landscape. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday integration tools, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of successfully managing HR technology projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree (Preferred) in: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Systems, Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology Management, or related disciplines.
  • 12 + years relevant experiences in HR Systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors)
  • 8+ years' Workday integration Development experience using various Workday integration tools (Core Connector, EIB, Custom Report, PICOF, Studio, APIs)
  • 8+ years' experience in Business and Systems Integration, and implementing applications
  • 6+ years programming experience XSLT, XML, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and SDLC
  • Experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing tool as well and JIRA
