Senior Manager - HR Technology

The company is looking for a Senior Manager - HR Technology to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, global HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in HR Technology leadership and experience with global HR systems, processes, and data governance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology
• Deep understanding of global HR systems, processes, and data governance
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of global programs, frameworks, and process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR technology projects
• Partner effectively with Date & Analytics team to uphold data integrity, security, and compliance across HR platforms
