Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in business operations, transformation, or digital process optimization.
• Experience with low-code and no-code tools like Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Power Automate, and Retool.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and related systems.
