The Senior Manager, Employee Services leads the HR Service Center's employee support functions, focusing on creating a high-performing service culture and a customer-centered experience. This role involves managing Tier 0 and Tier 1 operations, mentoring teams, and improving service delivery metrics. The ideal candidate will champion a service-oriented culture, drive service quality, and collaborate with HR leadership and other teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years of HR operations, employee services, or shared services experience.
  • Experience managing Tier 0–1 service delivery teams.
  • Proven experience leading teams in a Service Center or shared services environment.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in HR or GED, 7+ years of experience in HR operations, and a background leading teams in a service center. Lean Six Sigma & experience with Enterprise-level service delivery are also preferred
