Senior Manager HR Service Automation

Lumen is seeking a Senior Manager of HR Service Automation to oversee automation solutions for their HR function, focusing on enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience. This role involves leading a team, designing automation strategies, managing projects, and collaborating with HR and IT to deliver automated tools and workflows. The position focuses on improving HR processes, boosting employee productivity, and maintaining data security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in HR operations or HR technology roles.
• At least 3 years leading or supporting workflow automation or RPA projects.
• Proficiency in RPA scripts, workflows design, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SuccessFactors automation, or similar HR platforms.
• Strong technical skills and comfort with technology.
• Experience overseeing a small team and developing technical staff.
• Hands-on experience leveraging generative AI tools for HR processes.
