ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of IAM Development to lead the design, development, and execution of a next-generation IAM program. This role will focus on aligning identity and access controls with business objectives and technical program leadership, driving architectural change to integrate AI capabilities, and ensuring secure access across ServiceNow’s global environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IAM technologies and the ability to build high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering
- 5+ years in technical leadership or program management
- Proven success leading enterprise-scale IAM programs across complex, global environments
- Deep expertise in IAM technologies (PAM, IGA, authentication protocols, access control frameworks)
- Strong software development background
- Experience integrating or leveraging AI in IAM programs
- In-depth understanding of IAM frameworks, architectures, and risk mitigation across cloud, mobile, and hybrid environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Requirements Summary
