The Senior IT Asset Manager will actively manage the hardware and software assets for the organization, creating and maintaining systems and processes for inventorying, tracking, reporting, and auditing. They will also be responsible for driving process improvements and maximizing efficiency from company resources.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT Asset Management experience in a large global organization
- Strong knowledge of asset management processes and procedures
- Excellent inventory and cost-management skills
- Experience with various licensing models, understanding of hardware contracts
- Strong experience in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
- Strong experience in asset scanning technologies and solutions
- Experience in identifying and creating automated workflows
- Proven conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes
- ITAM-specific skills, such as license management
- Solid understanding of Office 365 and collaboration tools
