Senior Manager, Master Data Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an organized and results-driven Senior Manager, Master Data Operations to lead the data management and stewardship of US and UK master data. This role will focus on improving data quality, enabling data capabilities for stakeholders, and ensuring successful integration of new data sources. The position requires strong leadership, team management, and collaboration with technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years focused on Master Data or MDM.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, including data stewards/analysts.
• Proven experience with service management systems like ServiceNow, including managing service requests, incidents, and change management processes.
• Hands-on experience with MDM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Reltio or similar tools), data quality management, and data stewardship frameworks.
• Strong background in evaluating the onboarding of new data sources and working with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools, including SQL, data analytics platforms, and/or master data systems.
• Knowledge of data integration methods (e.g., ETL, API integrations, middleware solutions) and data mapping techniques.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align data operations to broader organizational goals.
