Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical presales, solution architecture, workflow automation, or enterprise platform leadership
  • Proven leadership of high-performing technical teams within complex enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, agentic automation, vector search, governance, data pipelines)
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Platform: Now Assist, AI Agents, App Engine, IntegrationHub, Workflow Data Fabric, RaptorDB
  • Strong executive communication skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and credibility in C-level conversations

Requirements Summary

10+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or enterprise platform leadership, plus deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals
