Senior Manager | Source Code Security | DevSecOps Team

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager | Source Code Security to lead a team of software engineers in security and develop formal team processes, metrics, reporting, and drive adoption of services. The ideal candidate has experience in leading a development team, source code security risk and mitigation strategies, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• 10 to 15+ years of experience leading a development team with emphasis on internal service development and integration at scale (8k+ engineers)
• 2+ years experience with source code security risk and mitigation strategies
• Strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to partner with and influence teams across the company to deliver high impact outcomes
• Strong written communication skills to deliver technical documentation and communicate technical concepts to both non-technical business users as well as technical stakeholders
• Code review proficiency in at least one of the following languages - Python, Groovy, or Shell
