Senior Manager, Systems Engineering - Mail and Messaging

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering - Mail & Messaging to oversee the team responsible for designing, building, and scaling the global mail and messaging infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a software engineering team, a deep background in Linux systems architecture, and a solid understanding of systems infrastructure components.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a software engineering or DevOps-style development and engineering team across a global 24x7 production environment.
• Deep background in Linux systems architecture and engineering on a global scale.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
