Senior MI Systems Engineer

Eaton is seeking a Senior MI Systems Engineer to maintain product line engineering and manufacturing systems. This role involves defining requirements, testing, scheduling training, and providing support for critical processes like field testing and system changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of configuration requirements and the associated tools, particularly within the Bid Manager, MI Manager, and other relevant systems.

Requirements

• Deploying and supporting Front End Engineering systems.
• Support the development of product line-specific training documentation.
• Manage MI System issues.
• Lead the maintenance and improvement of systems.
• Participate in product line meetings.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support.
• Maintain turnback/enhancement databases (SharePoint tickets).
• Support defect resolution through ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets.
