Senior Modern Workplace Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Workplace Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption and development of Boldyn's Workplace Technology platform, enabling colleagues globally to work effortlessly with the right tools and technology. The role will cover M365, and AAD administration, and implementation of security solutions such as identity, password management, and single sign-on.

Requirements

• Proven M365 expertise, with development, implementation and management experience, including licencing with a Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure certification
• In-depth technical Modern Workplace technology knowledge
• Azure Platform and M365 experience (O365, Enterprise Mobility and Security, MS Defender, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Teams Voice)
• Experience in endpoint management products including Intune and Autopilot
• A good understanding of networking, e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and routing
• Experience working with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow
• Identity and Access management administration experience (ideally IdentityNow)
