NetImpact Strategies is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage and maintain the agency's enterprise network infrastructure. This role involves overseeing the deployment, configuration, and support of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. The engineer will mentor junior staff and lead network initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- CCIE certification, or at least 10 years of experience in LAN/WAN, wireless, VoIP, data center, SDN administration, engineering, and architecture
- Proven expertise with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and network protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
- Experience managing Palo Alto firewall configurations and security policies
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
