Senior Operations & Resources Analyst

Tecsys is a digital-first company that offers supply chain solutions to industry leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and pharmacy businesses. We are looking for a Senior Operations & Resources Analyst to manage and optimize daily operations, measure and monitor key performance indicators, and draft contracts for small professional services engagements.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI and Power Query
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using ServiceNow or other Customer Support Management (CSM) tools
• Experience with Projector PSA or other Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools
• Knowledge of project management tools and software
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication
