The role involves troubleshooting, training, and maintaining critical ServiceNow platforms and related systems. Responsibilities include lifecycle management, incident analysis, maintenance, automation, and governance.
Requirements
- Manage the complete lifecycle of production and sub-production environments.
- Analyse incidents and propose solutions.
- Develop and share best practices for Admin operations.
- Participate in on-call coverage when required.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's in CS or related field w/ 5+ yrs exp. ServiceNow experience required (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.)
