We are looking for a Senior Platform Analyst to support and help manage a wide variety of applications across the Low Code and AI Platforms portfolio. The role primarily focuses on applications built on low-code platforms such as Outsystems, Blue Prism, and similar technologies, as well as our in-house built AI applications.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a platform analyst or similar product-focused, cross-functional role.
- Understanding of application lifecycles and basic software development practices.
- Experience managing backlog, writing clear user stories, and supporting delivery sprints.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and incident management best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in or managing Low Code platforms (Outsystems, Blue Prism, Power Platform, etc.) or custom AI-based applications.
