Join New Era Technology as a Senior Platform Engineer and contribute to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered, and inspired to grow. You will be responsible for staging and production infrastructure across Azure, as well as deployment across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Requirements

  • Deploy, manage, and maintain secure, compliant cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Terraform, OpenTofu) and streamline CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab) for efficient infrastructure and application delivery.
  • Design and implement self-healing systems, manage backup and disaster recovery, and optimize application and infrastructure performance through monitoring, capacity planning, and bottleneck identification.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability patching.
  • Lead real-time incident resolution, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), participate in an on-call rotation, and drive observability improvements by ensuring comprehensive logging and telemetry.
  • Oversee application lifecycle management (version upgrades, security patches, regional rollouts) and support scaling strategies to meet demand while ensuring infrastructure resilience and SLO compliance.
  • Contribute to a shared knowledge base, documenting recurring issues and resolutions. Provide guidance and support to resources on other client engagements.

Requirements Summary

5+ years of experience leading and supporting enterprise-level applications in production, with a strong understanding of cloud services and DevOps best practices
