Senior Platform Engineer, ServiceNow

CoBank is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join their Agile teams. The role involves creating, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow platform solutions, supporting Agile practices, and managing data integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience with full-stack development, Agile methodologies, and REST APIs.

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Support the design, planning, and testing of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Develop and maintain automated business processes using ServiceNow tools.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Perform regular audits and maintain high standards of data quality.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Utilize coding languages like Powershell, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, and development frameworks relevant to ServiceNow.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of version control systems like Git and manage code repositories.
• Learn and implement new technologies by analyzing technical specifications, building and configuring supporting infrastructure and implementing security best practices.
• Provide workday and after-hours support, including troubleshooting, problem correction, testing, and promotion to the production environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of version control systems like Git and manage code repositories, branching strategies, and code review processes effectively.
