The Senior Principal Consultant-OFSAA Support role involves high-priority application incident resolution, technical leadership, and post-go-live solution delivery for OFSAA implementations. RCA efforts, debugging complex issues, and contributing to system stability are key responsibilities. This is a highly visible position requiring experience with OFSAA and Oracle technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in L3 support for OFSAA or similar analytical products in the banking domain.
- Strong experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and analytical functions.
- Strong experience in data modelling concepts, debugging, and triaging technical issues.
- Strong experience in incident management tools such as ServiceNow and My Oracle Support (MOS).
- Experience in OFSAA product development or implementation.
- Experience in client handling, RCA writing, production / Patch deployment
