This Senior Principal Consultant-OFSAA Support role involves taking ownership of high-priority application incidents, leading technical leadership, and delivering permanent solutions for OFSAA implementations. The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle technologies, production support, and a focus on continuous stability and enhancement of financial systems. It is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in L3 support for OFSAA or similar analytical products in the banking domain.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and analytical functions.
- Strong experience in data modelling concepts, debugging, and triaging technical issues.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or My Oracle Support (MOS).
- Experience in L2/L3 support
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
